I ordered mine on February 12 and I still haven’t received it, I contacted support that told me twice (once a month ago and the other time 3 days ago) that they had logistics problem and yet my watch is still in transit.
I hope it will be good but I am sceptical about buying again from them given this inconvenience
Patience will be worth it, I was thinking of ordering the titanium strap that they sell on their website, when the watch arrives let me know, it is total quality

Sorry to hear that! It did take 14 days for mine, but at least it arrived. Hope it shows up soon! Or at least they provide you with some customer service and fix the situation for you.
