Polishing gold watches
Can anybody tell me if i can polish a gold king seiko with a regular polishing paste or is there any particular way in polishing it? I just want it to look the best it can by polishing some minor scratches

Isn't that plated? Plating is so thin that I would do nothing beyond hand buffing with a rouge cloth. Maybe try to hide scratches with wax.

No, I was thinking car wax or carnuba or beeswax or a candle. Anything that will fill in a bit.
