Hey folks,
As a handful of you might know. I am one of the co-founders of the Montreal based microbrand: Héron watches.
We're launching a new diver (how original, I know) and I thought I'd share it with you all in case it's up your alley.
The Marinor boasts a hardened steel 39mm case/bracelet as well as a boxed sapphire crystal and a domed sapphire bezel, rendering the watch virtually scratch-proof.
In terms of inspiration we're looking at mid-century dive watches such as the Fifty-Fathoms, The sub etc. As well as nautical imagery.
Featured here are there of the colorways we'll be offering on Kickstarter but we're also coming up with Old-Radium, Gilt and DLC options.
These feature a Miyota 9039 keeping the case relatively thin at 11.3 before the crystal (12.9 with boxed sapphire).
300 Meters water resistance on these.
Pricing wise, we're looking at 620$ retail and 435$ for early bird.
