Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
A kid on my buss in 5th grade had a Rolex GMT Master II on his wrist…I asked about it (kid came from a rich family). Fast forward a little bit and I purchased a Fossil, original Luminox, an Invicta and my addiction kicked off.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
A Swatch that my Dad bought me when I was too young to tell time.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Don’t buy a homage piece unless it can stand on its own.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Sangin Instruments, Vertex, Panerai.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
There are a few Panerai models I drool over. They are just super masculine and badass looking in addition to being total tool watches.
