Seiko Pepsi PADI Arnie. SNJ027.

This is the Seiko SNJ027 also known as the 'Arnie'. It's the Pepsi PADI version of Arnold Schwarzenegger's iconic watch and it's no joke.

The original Seiko 'Arnie' was 1982's model H558. An analog/digital chronograph, alarm diver that looked rugged enough to survive WWIII.

Seiko is no stranger to firsts and the Arnie series is no exception. The original H558 was the world's first analog alarm chronograph beating out Breitling's Aerospace.

This watch comes on a super comfortable rubber strap that although I intend on eventually replacing with a steel bracelet, I have no intent on replacing any time soon.

At almost a 48mm diameter, this Tuna style watch is not for the faint of heart. It's massive and imposing yet surprisingly wearable. The Pepsi bezel is readable and easily gripped and ratcheted.

And it's quartz movement is solar! It's accurate and fuss-free.

There are plenty of Seiko Tuna's on the market but for the price, functionality, features and solar powered quartz movement, but this is hands down the Tuna to get.

I love mine. I swapped the original strap for a Strapcode "Chaffle" strap.
