Need some advice re: shipping watches
Greetings Crunchers!
I'm getting ready to sell some of my watches. This is my first time doing this. I live in New Zealand and I'm aware that shipping costs from here to the rest of the world can be quite steep. Do you have any advice to share on what I should charge for shipping? I'm thinking of asking for a flat $100NZ and paying the rest myself for FedEx or DHL shipping. Does that sound fair? Honestly, I would suggest that you sell only within your local region. Don't forget that international buyers will also have to fork out for import duties, sales tax etc, and that as the exporter it would be your responsibility to provide customs official with the correct documentation.
