I just put this Vario Harris Tweed strap on my AD15 dress watch, and I love the look. Makes it a little more casual and a little more interesting. Bonus: It reminds my daughter of her favorite character, Grimace from McDonald’s. 😂

The dial is incredible. The pattern combined with the 24k gold makes it a real eye catcher; I’ve not seen anything else quite like it. The case is polished 904L steel, and the reliable Miyota 9015 movement is nicely finished in gold, but that’s all secondary to that showstopping dial. The watch came with two nice quick-release straps, a brown alligator and a black ostrich. The price seems more than fair for what you get. I really don’t have anything bad to say about the AD15... I guess it’s not very subtle and could be too blingy for some? And maybe it doesn’t need the lume on the hands and indices, but that’s nitpicking. Overall, I really like the AD15, and I’m glad it’s in my collection. 👍🏻 👍🏻
