Rocking my Zero pass Royal Black 20mm from the Anachronist.shop on my custom mod “Santana” Submariner homoge.
There is no material under my watch with a full Nato look! I’m in strap heaven. Been fully enjoying this strap from the moment I unboxed it so far. First time installing the strap was a method never used before but very simple to follow with the instruction card that came with the strap. In addition Max has a video of when he fist show cases the strap and he installs one on there as well. The quality of the strap feel like it will last a life time and it is comfortable enough to sleep in! (Tested last night) 😴💤 I have 2 more I’ll showcase to you guys in the next uo coming days.

Personally I find value in not adding thickness to the Watch on wrist. Especially my Vostok watch that has a bubble back.
I haven’t had a spring bar fail me in the past and I don’t live a vigorous life style that will put stress on the Watch so the intended function for a nato isn’t needed for me and I’m happy to trade off for it.

Fair enough. For me the aesthetic's of the NATO aren't why I'd wear one, but if it makes you happy that's what it's all about. Cheers 👍🏻

Genius idea! Checked out the website last night. I may I have to try one of each (leather/nylon). As much as I have warmed 🔥 to Nato straps I wish they didn't have so much excess strap.
Maybe you could design one😉. Looking 🔥 my friend.
Is there only one way of wearing it? Seems like it.
With a regular nato, there are 4 ways of wearing it. The 4th way keeps the buckle and fixed loops under the wrist, making it wear and look like any strap, or a single pass strap, while keeping the functionality of the nato.

I can see the appeal of a nato, but some reason it felt weird on my wrist.

Maybe give it a longer period to try and connect and get use it. You might not just like they change in general but it can grow on you. You never know. But I respect how you feel if you know 💯 it’s not for you for sure.
