Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
If I’m being Honest here… The Apple Watch got me into the endless chase of watch collection with a side order of watch modifications as a hobby and I have never looked back. I currently focus on mechanical watches transitioning into luxury watches soon to come into the collection! 🤞🏾
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
A michael kors brand watch 🫠Ref:MK5554 given to me by my then girlfriend now wife. 13 years later I got into collecting watches and was over the hills to find the watch hibernating in a draw! It will never leave the collection and will stay in the main Watch box for ever!
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Michael Kors Ref:MK5554 So listen to this one, It was gift given to me by my girlfriend at the time now wife 17 years ago. At the time I was not a watch wearer let alone a collector so I stuck it in a draw in the watch box it came with only for it to reserfice 14 years later while starting my collection after moving. when I found the watch you would have thought I found a rare and expensive Rolex! By all means that is what the Watch means to me. The “ knee slaper” is the watch is marketed as a “Ladies” but I can’t help but be in love with it none the less. If not more! Shout out to my better half. I love you! 2/14/07 ❤️
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
DO NOT RUSH YOUR COLLECTION!!! It is very easy to get caught up into purchasing every new time piece you come across thinking it’s on of a kind or “the best watch you have ever seen”. Only to find out later after gaining more knowledge that there is so much more to the story and after learning that, realizing you would not made the purchase! Buyers remorse is very commen among a new watch collector! It truly is marathon not a sprint! TAKE YOUR TIME! Spend some time expanding you knowledge on a watch even if your only planning on buying just one watch. (lol, good luck with that.) You’ve been warned!

Rolex Sub no date. It just speaks to my soul. but having some experience in Watch collecting I know that it can change by the time I have the money ready for the purchase.
