$10 000 I would save it and keep adding until I get the one I wanted. However, that said I would look at either the Franck Muller Conquistador Sport 9900 or Franck Muller Vanguard Yachting then use that as a trade and keep going until I reach the Goal of the Grail. You have to enjoy the journey as well as the anticipation of getting the one you finally want.

Frank Muller Vanguard Yachting Skeleton. A beautifully crafted masterpiece from the master of complications. Price variety is based on the materials however you can find affordable options. I have my eye on a few different version and depending on the price I can get it for will be the defining factor however Vanguard Yachting Skeleton is what I'm aiming for.

There is a difference between watchmakers and brands, so the question is what are you after craftmanship or a name brand to show off? And yes, you can have both depending on your own like and dislike e.g., Hublot vs AP. You have got a Hublot Big Bang vs AP Royal Oak with both similar designs but one has prestige attached from its heritage and the other is an overpriced fashion brand (depending on your perspective).

However, if you are looking for uniqueness with a heritage that will stand out I love a frank muller vanguard V45 seven days, in my opinion, a beautiful timepiece that makes a statement and has uniqueness and prestige. Enjoy the journey

It’s easy for some to be snobbish and show a lack of respect for watch designers who laid the foundation for many of the modern designers we have today. Who built his own tourbillion and help push Patek Philippe to the heights it is today, this just goes to show the lack of appreciation or knowledge about his contributions to the industry?

Holding the title of master of complications is no easy feat to accomplish which makes the disrespect that much more disagreeable. I for one own and started collecting Frank Muller watches with no regrets. As I continue my journey of learning more about the craft of watchmaking, I’ve grown greater respect and appreciation for just how far he pushes the boundaries and this, in turn, pushes innovation. Frank Muller is my go-to watchmaker
