Always admired your Bond Seiko. A friend in South Africa's Dad got him one in Singapore around 1982. Only difference was Sports 100 not Silver Wave. Could never find one in Durban so settled for a Running Man.

Thanks. On the crown Seiko you rotate through the functions to adjust pull out the crown forward or backwards
