It's just something that happened, I initially started off collecting invicta (my only regret). It grew from there, I outgrew the bulky feeling of that brand but they're like an ex. I have great memories but then I'm reminded expeditiously why it would never work. Watches are just interesting tools.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Pretty sure it was some kind of time from Walmart as a kid.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Research everything.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Seiko, Citizen, and Dan Henry.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Tudor Black Bay 58 blue dial. Something about that watch just calls out to me. It feels like a safe bet without going too deep into the luxury watch lane (the 5k-20k price range). Elizabeth Grant put together a great video about it comparing it to the likes of Oris.
