It’s all in the details…

I’m wearing my Grand Seiko SPGA201 today. One thing I really like about this watch is the date font used between the 1st and the 9th. They really made sure that it fills up the date window and I think it looks amazing. (I’m aware of how silly this is)🤷‍♂️

Got any little details about one of your watches that you are very fond of but is rarely or never  discussed?

Dude!  That GS is awesome!  I remember seeing some video on GS about the champagne dial, and they talked about how everyone thinks that the snowflake dial is super hard to make, but that somehow it's much, much, much harder to do the champagne dial.

It's an absolutely gorgeous dial, man!  Props!

I actually went in to get a Snowflake, but in person it was a little too much for me. This was love at first sight. You really need to see GS in person. Their website photos give you no clue as to what they really look like. The photo below is the GS website of the same watch. Meh. The one below that is from this morning‘s WRUW. (And I straight up suck at photos)
