I have nothing insightful to add about collectiing but that photo has me wanting a NY004 Citizen. Their own product photography doesn't do those watches justice
It came on their beads of rice bracelet and, although it was really well made (especially the newer clasp), I rarely wear any bracelet. This one particularly had odd end links, and the polished beads made it look a little too flashy for me, so I sold it for 10% of the total price. Like every watch I wear it'll live on a nato 😅
I found the choice of strap is decisive on a Nomos, more so than any other brand I've experienced. If the strap was slightly too stiff or thick it would exaggerate how the watch wore and in turn the length. I didn't have any joy with their OEM straps but perlons worked for me, and it looks great on that bracelet.
