So I purchase this watch about two weeks ago and noticed, as you can see in the picture, that there’s an imperfection either with the sapphire glass under the glass inside the case or there’s an issue with the dial. I’m kind of disappointed with the companies response to my email, just wanted to post about it to alert anyone looking to buy from this brand, that they are direct phone number doesn’t go anywhere and always goes to voicemail and their email customer service has horrible reply/return time for responses. Needless to say, I’m returning this watch from the website I bought it at , initially, I was pretty enamored with the quality, but a mistake like this on the dial or the sapphire glass, I can’t look past it. So for those of you, looking for a Rolex homage, avoid this brand.
