2023 is turning into the year of the gmt for me.

Just took delivery of my new (for me) Certina DS Podium gmt watch. My first COSC certified watch and my third gmt watch this year

With number 4 hopefully coming next month from Borealis.

Initial feelings for this watch are great and I’m a little curious why I haven’t heard anything about it. I’ve tried to find stuff online about it and can’t find anything in English (or Swedish but that’s not too surprising). I’ve said before that I feel Certina is one of the most underated brands out there and this doesn’t dissuade me.

Has anyone else come across this?

I've seen this model from afar for some time. Glad to see it's being enjoyed. I've had a couple quartz models from Certina & they are amazing quality. Of all the quartz watches I've had, the seconds hand on my Certina's absolutely pulverize each & every mark without missing a beat. They really deserve more love than they get.

I agree. I don’t know how Certina are flying under the radar so much.

I have a Certina DS-1 and regularly check what's on sale at an AD online, but this model I hadn't seen before. I like it very much.😊👌They are good quality watches. Congrats on a new watch and enjoy!
