Finally got my Koue Kyoto Old Smith. I was worried about the cream dial but it's lovely. Also makes me very comfortable about 35mm watches on my 7.25" wrist
Just had it for a few hours, but simple and well done. I'm very happy. Just fascinated by the dial at the moment. A few weeks will tell but looks promising.
Not a fan of bronze myself, but I definitely think it would work.
I would like a bronze watch, but steel is a more versatile choice, it would look pretty good on a bonklip or beads of rice bracelet too. I still have time to decide while I save up for it.
It's beautiful and I love their simple design. The 35mm looks a bit small on my wrist though (7.25 as well)
I think that’s a matter of perception, I liked watches when I was very young, but viewed them purely functional, kept those I had for ages. I have recently got back into them (48) so I missed the big watch thing and seeing a fair bit of wrist I actually like. Different strokes I guess.

I think that size fits you perfectly. I love the simple retro vibe. Very elegant yet practical.

It looks like warm sunshine and happiness. Congrats
Ahh, still can't decide between this and the bronze version.

One thing that would make me think about bronze, although I like the aesthetics a lot, is that it's supposed to be much less resistant to scratches.
So I am also still wondering...
