Certain territories seem to get treated very differently, or there is simply more demand in Canada with limited supply. I waited a month in the UK. My AD tells me mine was only the second they had received since launch.
I am picking one up this week, been on the list since launch so not too long. Currently in Geneva and there is one on a rubber strap in a normal AD (not Rolex).
I have both; if you are lucky enough to own both, then each has its own charm. The Sub needs no justification. The Explorer, though, is a perfect travel watch with the GMT function. With the larger dial, it is easier to read than the Sub. I have the polar
