It depends on the occasion, outfit and if it's desk-diver style watch (thin and only used by the owner to go to the beach once or twice a year) or not. I prefer elastic nato straps, but I sometimes swap it for a leather nato or for a normal leather one.

I love quartz watches for daily use though.
