Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I love watches since my childhood. my first watch was a flik-flak when I was 5 years old. I always dreamed to have a collection.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
My first manual/automatic watch was a Breitling Navitimer 01 in 2013. I don’t count fashion brand watches which I owned before 😂
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Every watch in my collection has a interesting story behind it
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Start with a watch which doesn’t loose it’s value. After time you can maybe sell it without loosing money and get an upgrade
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
somehow Cartier is getting more and more interesting for me. Also Tudor and Tissot are getting my attention. If I would advise someone for the first watch, I would say start with Tissot PRX80 or Tudor.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Patek Philippe Nautilus! As it’s barely affordable and really hard to get, it will stay a grail watch for me forever.
