Jank bracelet

I got my Marathon second hand on rubber and refuse to pay $300 for the rather mediocre Marathon bracelet (I know that's not much for a bracelet in the watch world). So I bought this crappy, jangly, hollow end-link bracelet off Etsy for $20, that was drop-shipped from Ali. I bent the end links out, and ouala. I find the crappiness of it rather charming. And when it gets scratched beyond recognition, I just refinish it with a scotch-brite pad.

Glad you got a bracelet. The Marathon bracelet is pretty good though for the money imo. If you’re wanting a less expensive upgrade compared to OEM, I’d email Marc at Long Island Watch.

Good choice! And nice spydie!

Marathon me a decent discount due to being in the first responder field, I think the bracelet is pretty damn good tbh.

Oh it spends plenty of time on NATOs. I switch between the bracelet, a slew of NATOs, the OEM rubber, and a black tropic.

Unfortunately no one makes a third-party fitted end-link bracelet for this watch (I've looked extensively). Although if anyone were to do it, it'd probably be Marc!

Yeah I'm sure the bracelet is worth it, but there's just a lot of other things I'd spend $300 on first atm. I'm sure someday I'll upgrade, but in the meantime, this one serves me fine. Yours looks great! Love that the auto has the tritium seconds hand! 🔥
