I've owned both and I'd say the Duoface mostly because of the versatility and the added gmt function. Also, be careful with Reverso sizing. Everyone thinks of them as a small and elegant watch but they're unexpectedly large. I sold my tribute (large sized) for a medium sized duoface because it was too big. Now I sold my duoface for a small sized regular reverso (older small size which is slightly bigger than the current production version)

Awesome watch! However, I find the large and even medium sized Santos' (or Tanks for that matter) defeating the purpose of having a Cartier. To me the brand is all about understated elegance and this is simply too big for my taste.

I'm Mathieu from Belgium and I've been collecting for about 6 years now. For my 18th birthday I could buy a watch as a gift from my grandfather. Of course I wanted to do proper research and just like many of you, fell down the rabbit hole.
