Go for the Explorer...I have a bigger wrist, and I wear some of my 36mm watches, and my 35mm Omega Frankenwatch. I won't go below 35mm now, but I still wear it around. That said, I'd make an exception for a 34mm Explorer. If it's 36mm, that's a no brainer for me.
I love the Club Campus, and I have a 38mm nacht version. I also have a Tudor Black Bay 58 925. Both brands are great and you can’t go wrong, but the Nomos is a modern classic.
