Definitely a selling point. Other than different case sizes, what are you defining as "unique "? Are you looking at some other ways to personalize? Maybe form-fitting the case back and/or shape their wrist? Take full advantage of the technology.

Cool concept! 3D printing, especially metals, is very expensive and time consuming. The geometry of your case would be much more faster and cheaper to machine. If printing is going to be your main selling point, then take full advantage of the technology and design a case that will be cheaper to print and almost impossible to machine.
