From what I see it depicts sketches from Milo Manara, a cult artist when it comes to erotica and comics. His drawings are I’d say at least well known in Europe especially the south and highly regarded by collectors for their artistic value. Surely they are not considered pornography, and surely they are not for everyone.
I think Maurice lacriox got out a special edition of their integrated watch pvd’d in blue.

Definitely repair it, it’s a great historic watch. Never seen this reference before with those hands and the counterclockwise pointer date, I think it’s a fairly rare sight.
I know what you mean. I found it to be very soft but also frail looking and somewhat light in color. Because of the frailty I decided to give it a light pass with a neutral color leather nourish product. It really helped the overall look IMO and darkened the patina a bit as well. And the more time passes the better it looks. I am a fan of patinas so for the time being I am keeping this one on. I think I made a post recently with pictures post treatment if you are curious.
Bought it in June 2023, often on the wrist. Went with it vs the vintage looking one and the GMT pro, the gray/green shade is lovely and the material so interesting and unique. Whereas never really understood the open caseback on this one imho unnecessary.
