I personally prefer the NTTD mainly because of the design. I also think Titanium just adds to the image of the watch
I would try to stay close to the original Tudor design, the best way to do that is to just make the hour hand shorter therefore using the square as a kind of arrow. This way it would actually point at something and the visual overload that bothers me right now would not be as bad. I think they will never do anything with it because that hour hand is Tudors signature feature on the watches but I think mine would not be too offensive.
Im in no position to buy a Rolex (old or new) at the moment so here is what i think: I like the wayne industries Gmt but what the fuck is the rest haha. I see that Rolex is a luxury brand but it shouldnt be the case that they just change their aesthetic and the design language that made them successful. I get that Rolex needs watches that are a bit more on the flashy side because there are enough people who buy a Rolex just as a status symbol and Rolex as a brand should try to have something in store for those but this complete change of pace to only gold and diamonds cant be great in the long run.
