Omega Worldtimer Winding

Hello there!

Recently bought a beautiful Omega Aqua Terra Worldtimer, however I'm still trying to figure out how many times do I need to turn the crown in order to reach the promised 60h running time. I do not want to risk an overwinding, however I suspect the mainspring could handle more energy since the watch keeps ticking between 40-50 hours at best . Usually I turn the crown around 20 times (somewhere I read 15 is the ideal/recommended?).

Do anyone has any experience with this piece or any other Omega (with Co-Axial movement)? How many turns do you recommend to do without risking an overwinding?

Thanks for the feedbacks, responses in advance!

The watch is over engineered that you cannot over wind it. However, to be on safe side, 20-25 turns is enough. I let it stop working if I don’t plan to wear it rather than keep it running.

There is a clutch mechanism in modern automatics, such that you cannot overwind them.  With my Omega Worldtimer, I would typically do 60 winds.

Beautiful watch and congratulations!
