If I stuck with a 3-watch collection, I would go with:
1 Dress watch for formal situations
1 Beater watch for hard-use situations
1 GADA/everyday watch that can fit in any situation if you can only use 1 watch.
Your opinion that someone should value the in-house / watchmaking heritage of a watch brand is entirely valid. I think those who disagree with you are instead doing a direct comparison of specifications and overall case manufacturing quality for the price. They don’t not see using an in-house movement as a valid — or at least not highly important — aspect of a watch.
Looks like it would be ideal for that with 3 time zones, 100M rating, dressy finishes, clean and legible dial -- a top tier GADA watch for sure. What's the rotation feel like on that 10-o'clock crown?
