personally id probably try and hold out for a SEAMASTER 300 at that point maybe pick up a budget enthusiast watch while I wait

completely agree you'll get an aromatic movement and many color and style options with all the generations.

If you’re going just based off of price for specs I would look into depth charge. Fairly new brand so your not getting any heritage but for under 200 you get sapphire glass, original design, solid bracelet with milled clasp and diver extension fairly decent movement, and I’m sure the list goes on. I recently ordered one for myself after I found out about them last week but haven’t handled it yet so only time will tell if they truly bring great value
