Yes, it's 44mm. I got 7.5 inch wrist, so should be ok. I'll visit the store and try it once before making the purchase.

I can afford it, but just being mindful of not wanting to waste money if the watch is not good. It's citizen, so I should not be worried thought. Hehe.
