Seiko Prospex SBDN069
A damn reliable and accurate watch that's always ready, I bought this SBDN069 in part for these reasons. But, I also wanted to get a very similar aesthetic vibe to something that looks vintage military diver. But, not be a derivative heavy homage.. as in a near one to one copy. Not that there's anything wrong with such homages, and I've had plenty of those types I've personally gone through. I wanted to try and slightly different route at this point in my watch collection.
I like the way the variety of vintage MN watches look like in terms of their color tones. But, I also wanted a watch to look modern and new with such colors. Thus, the watch you see before you here.
Currently as you see here on am Erika's Original MN strap, I think the watch plays the role I want. FYI, it's the Trident color which is a navy blue with dark grey center stripe.. similar color scheme to what you may have seen as a Velcro strap option for the new Tudor X MN Pelagos FXD.
