Can't go too wrong with a khaki strap on a military field watch
Still have my Vertex M100A on wrist. But, switched to a khaki ribbed NATO-style strap. The watch being a British brand with legit military ties to making military watches in WW2, the khaki tone seems appropriately matching as I think I've seen British military uniforms with similar khaki tone before.

Vertex is so underrated. For me it is on par with Tudor and top Longines.
