This looks to be key wound, so it's probably from at least the late 1800's. It has no special complications, which is where these get really valuable. I know nothing about the Courvoisier Brothers, but there is clearly a serial number.
I also don't know of what the case is made. Bone up on hallmarks and look for a marking around the case back.

Here is a similar one, described as a ladies pocket watch, but the dial is near identical from what I can see.
