I have both but wouldn’t trade either. I wear my Daytona, Datejust, and Pepsi more often but feel like a baller when I put on my Nautilus or Calatrava 6119. If forced to choose I’d go upscale with Patek. Tomorrow I might choose differntly…

Interesting question. My end game watch is the A Lange & Sohne Lange 1 moonphase, rose gold cream dial. I’m two watches away from it today. And one of the two is on its way (Datejust, fluted dial, 36mm, fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet).  The movie Die Hard comes to mind, “Alexander wept for there were no more lands to conquer!”

Just picked up my white dial Daytona for Christmas (AD at retail), but find myself still dreaming about the meteorite dial with oysterflex bracelet. Man oh man that is a sweet watch! Now I’m trying to justify it as my “last watch purchase!”
