Hey y’all, anybody Have any info on this vintage Universal Geneve on the top of their head?

second questoon, does anyone know a good vintage watch repair shop in Seattle?

my sister has failed to mention for years that she has our great grandmother’s good watch. She just sent me a picture of this stunner and obviously has no idea what has been in the back of her sock drawer. I’ll be visiting her in Seattle sometime later this Fall and want to make the rounds with it to see what it might be to have it restored.
