Yobokies Anyone?

Hey all. Who here has experience with modded Seikos, Black Bay 36s or field watches of that size? I picked up this watch from a gentleman a few days ago. 

I'm not looking to start a discussion of homage vs fake vs replica, I would just like some input on either watch. 

I intend to swap the dial and strap out myself for a different look.
