What compares to Formex in terms of quality?

I always hear of Formex watches competing way above it's price point. But for anyone who has held one in person, what luxury watch would you say is comparable to either Formex Reef or Essence?

And I don't mean microbrands, but luxury watches over the 3k mark like Omega, Tudor, Breitling, IWC, Rolex, etc.

Christopher Ward uses the same movement for about the same money. Apples and oranges type of question. The big brands have a longer history you can't build quickly or buy.

I guess I meant in terms of quality of their watches as compared to higher priced luxury watches.

This is a hard question to answer but in differnt areas they reach different levels such as for comfort they reach omega or Rolex but for level of detailing they reach Tudor for sure but probably up to my other more expensive watches ( Rolex and omega) . All in all as a total package I was really impressed I just filmed two videos on my YouTube channel with a reef GMT so please check them out. First was a review and the second was a funnner video

Formex is big on my list right now, but in terms of competitors, Monta is right up there in quality for price. I think Oak & Oscar makes some fantastic time pieces for their price point too.
