Its a bit away from topic and I can't afford a Rolex (yet)..
I would love to own one, there's just one little thing that's a turn off for me the text. I don't mind anything about logo, WR okay I can take that, watch name, certification, functionality, and what not.
I mean you have the box, pretty much room there for text. It isn't necessary to busy the dial with all text.
I have the same exact problem, because of small wrist the pillow gets quenched. That's a part of reason I gravitate more towards straps rather than bracelet.

I also share same opinion as you, also I wonder if people are really into this design so much why not to go crazy over GMT too. I mean its more complicated, more functional and looks similar. And its not practical to have a dozen of divers with 200m WR for what? washing dishes.
