Got to me and visit with Pete, the owner of Hager Watches today. Part of my birthday weekend events. I had a really nice visit, got to try on a few watches including their famed/sanctioned CIA 75th anniversary watch. He also showed me the Maryland Watch Works of which is a co-owener with the owner of E. Stohlman watches. They, MWW, work in partnership with a number of other micro brands..
It was a good day. I will post URLs to each.

I like the working workbench shot. It definitely looks like a place where things get done. My own clutter feels validated 😁
I was just checking out their website and see they make a very skeleton tourbillion 42mm pocket watch, that isn’t made out of unobtanium. I’m kind of surprised they don’t offer this as a wristwatch.

Got to check those out. The owner made them for when he didn’t want a wrist watch on put wanted to have the time. I am pretty sure the main activity was pheasant hunts or shoots (do not remember for sure). They are quite nice.
I visited the brand Hager watches, that the owner also is a partner in Maryland Watch Works whose partner in that business also owns E. Stohlman watches so I got to see bits of all three. This photos that had bits of all three. I posted links to all three business so people could learn more.
Great shots, nice birthday trip!
