Went with the Laco Augsberg fantastic value pick. But quickly realised upon arrival there's no AR.
Fortunately the retailer and Laco were great and offered the option to add inside and outside coating for about £50. Not the end of the world but unsure why inner was missed altogether?

On the website it specifies that AR coating is not standard, but extra. 🤷🏼♂️

Yeah on most laco's it's on the inside and not the outside unless you pay extra. Here they have forgone the inner as well which is pretty poor showing for a flieger.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not apologizing for them. I’m considering the Laco below, but they make you pay for full AR and the more accurate, better decorated movement.
The Laco I have now has AR, despite my paying no attention to it, but the movement is sloppy with too much give setting time.
I’m thinking of getting this one:
The offer with the Augsburg is a bargain basement price compared to the RRP of the rest of their range, so if they've cut one or two corners (also with the movement) I think that's fair enough.
I took mine on holiday to Cambodia and had no issues at all with visibility, and no complaints with plus 7 spd either. This my absolute favourite of my "cheaper" watches. I've just put mine on and decided to put the Pelagos back in the box for a bit, for instance...
