I buy vintages from either collectors or some trusted sellers who source these from various places. No idea about your region, how can someone buy one there?
You can always ask for more photos of the dial, crystal and case under natural lights, and videos of the running movements. Rest I always consider a one-time servicing fee added to the prices and negotiate accordingly.
Thanks for your input! I live in the United states and don’t know any other collectors or have a real relationship with in person sellers so I am mostly relying on eBay

I found many watch friends through facebook groups and instagram watch community. You can also look out for watchcrunch people in your area. Connections do build up over time. Good luck :)
