Can’t Pass On a Deal
Got this bad boy for around $15 USD, I didn’t even expect there to be a sale on this classic. I work really close to a Meijer grocery store, so I usually go and walk around during my lunch break and I have passed this guy every day for weeks and weeks. Well, it finally broke my heart seeing it there all dusty, so I grabbed it and lo and behold it was on sale.
I normally don’t buy watches just for the sake of “it’s a classic affordable watch, every enthusiast should have one at one point” because a lot of them simply don’t appeal to me (I’m looking at you F91W) but since I work with numbers all day, this kind of makes sense—no I will not be using the calculator often. 😂 Imagine you go to your banker and they start crunching numbers on this thing…
I read the manual cover to cover, excluding the languages I can’t read, so in total I read about 4 out of 80 pages…but anyways I will definitely use the stopwatch function and maybe the dual time.
Also, I am very surprised to see what I think are springbars?? Didn’t think this one would have a removable strap so that might be fun.
