My wife actually bought me a watch with a mesh bracelet for Christmas one year. She likes it on me and doesn't think it looks feminine. I guess it would depend on the watch and bracelet combination and personal preference.
I don't think they do. Just think of men in the 50's, 60's and 70's - decades of unapologetic masculinity: watches back then often featured mesh braclets and nobody in their right mind would consider, say, Roger Moore in his role of Simon Templar to appear effeminated. 😁

I do not believe it looks like feminin. I believe it is nice on a older man than a young gun. Especially the gentle design ...
