First thoughts on my RZE Endeavour

So my amazing wife gifted me an RZE Endeavour Ross Ice.

I've had it on wrist for a few days. Not enough for a full review but I simply can't wait to talk/type about it.

I wanted a comfortable watch that I could wear with most of my outfits. I figured a white dial watch on a bracelet would be ideal.

The RZE seemed perfect. 40.5 wide, 12.5 thick with a great 46 lug-to-lug. White/silvery dial with a nice effect. A quick talk with my wife and suddenly the prospect of my birthday became a lot more exciting.

First thing I noticed was that the screws for the bracelet are tiny. My screwdriver from my AliEx kit was too big. Luckily I have an iFixit kit for my computers and 10 fiddly minutes later I had the Endeavour on wrist. This could be a useful warning for a future buyer!

There it is. Not only does it tick all the spec boxes but luckily for me it also emenates exactly the vibe I'm looking for. A great looking dial behind the sapphire. A super comfortable bracelet, so comfortable in fact I fell asleep with it on.

And I cannot believe how much I've already used the quick adjust on the clasp. I fear I can never go back to a bracelet without it..

Is it the most accurate watch I own? Probably not, but I was never late when I wore it. Let it remain a mystery for now.

Will this watch crush turn in to watch love? When I find out I will try to write a full review.

Love the textured dial, and the on the fly bracelet adjustment is so useful.

I can never understand why the adjustment tool isn't provided with the watch, it would cost pennies and generate goodwill. Instead they try to make it an add-on purchase. 🤷

Great watch! RZE really know what they’re doing imho. One of my favorite micros.

I've got the Resolute Supercompressor in yellow. Echo what you said about the bracelet, I'm a huge fan. The flat, geometric links are some of the most comfortable I've worn so far.

That is my one complaint so far, the options are all weird:

  • A travel pouch is included by default.

  • When ordering there's a dropdown menu where for a 20 € "discount" you can choose to recieve the watch in basic packaging.

  • My wife did not see a reminder to include the changing tool they offer

To me that feels totally backwards, maybe even like a dark pattern. Instead first show the base price and then all possible options afterwards.
