Zero Pass Straps: A Micro Review

Short and sweet, if you like the look of NATOs but don’t like how they make your watch sit on your wrist, and don’t mind that there isn’t any actual spring bar failure protection on offer, these are perfect for you!

If you, like me, find the typical NATO to be too short for your über manly wrist, then these will be too short too. I have a 7” wrist and there just isn’t quite enough material to double back through the last keeper securely without it coming unfolded throughout the course of my daily wear.

I still very much enjoy the high quality look and feel and can wholeheardedly recommend them as a product. And I will definitely be keeping mine in the rotation. I just wish they were 1/2” to 3/4” of an inch longer.

You know the funny thing is, for me natos are usually too long that I have to diy cut the end and shape it to get rid of excess material 🤣

·

I do like NATOs but because the level of security they give. If a springbar brakes the watch still attached to the NATO strap by the other one. This model loses that security. But yes, it doesn’t add mm to the thickness of the watch on the wrist👍🏻

I really wish I had that problem. You can always cut! Thanks for sharing!

Correct! There is no redundancy in this design at all.

It does not add thickness to the watch, however the keepers area seems thicker than the watch itself, with 4 layers of material on top of each other.

I didn’t realize I had über Manly wrists.
