My Universal Geneve uses a tuning fork to maintain perfect time. That technology lasted less than 10 years before quartz movements took over
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Based upon my experience purchase a few inexpensive $100 to $250) watches first to figure out styles and types of watches (such as quartz or automatic) you like. Then save up for your grail watch. Try it on before you make the big purchase

My Omega Aqua Terra. So comfortable and it's gorgeous
