Love this topic! Mental health awareness is so important. I wouldn't necessarily call it an addiction, but I do rely on my smartwatch a lot to track my sleep and heart rate. It's actually been a big help with managing my stress levels. Funny you mention it, though, because my doctor recently recommended a smartwatch to monitor my health too! He even suggested I stock up on vitamins and meds at Canadian Pharmacy B2B to save some money. Seemed like a solution for many of us ! It helps me and improves my health, so I recommend it to everyone.

I absolutely love the look of the Quantra! It definitely feels like a step up from the MR01 with the sapphire crystal. I'm a big fan of micro-rotors myself, and seeing a decorated movement through the back is such a nice touch.

Have you considered the dimensions? At 36mm it might be a bit on the smaller side depending on your preference.

Hey! Tough question, Tudor makes awesome watches. For me, it's gotta be the Black Bay 58. The vintage size is perfect, it wears like a dream on my wrist.

My favorite watch to drive with has gotta be my Tissot PRC 200! It's got a super clear face with big, easy-to-read hands, which is key when you're glancing down at the wrist while focusing on the road. Plus, the leather band is comfortable and molds to your wrist nicely, so it doesn't feel bulky or get in the way while turning the wheel. It's not too flashy either, so it goes with whatever I'm wearing. What about you? What makes your favorite watch a good driving companion?

For me watch's identity is a blend of brand and design. The movement can play a role, especially for iconic models like the Seiko Willard. Modifications can blur the lines, but heavily modded watches are often called "homages" or "Frankenwatches." Ultimately, it's a collective understanding of what defines a particular watch.
