Long term watch and clock enthusiast from Belgium.
Forever trying to keep myself from getting more watches and start reducing the collection but unfortunately failing miserably.
Est. 1983
My late uncle who's two tone Omega Seamaster is now a permanent part of the collection.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
A Ruhla blue dial dress watch I was gifted for my second communion. Still own the watch today and still working perfectly.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Several, I'm the only one in my extended family who is into and cares about watches so I tend to inherit most of the watches of family members that pass away. This is becoming a collection on its own by now, but no matter the monetary value or lack off it I will treasure each one until it's time to pass them on to my own kids.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Get what you like not what others like but don't buy fake.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Cartier, Grand Seiko, Maurice Lacroix
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Glashütte Original PanoMaticLunar in rose gold. Because it's premium watchmaking, beautiful, unique and not Patek, AP or VC.
