An oldie but a goodie
Just an appreciation post for the Sinn 356 Flieger. I’ve owned it for 8 years making it one of the oldest in my collection. Many “better” watches have come and gone and my appreciation for this watch has waxed and waned but I’ve had it on wrist for the past week and I hate to say it, but I forgot how great it is.

This one has the SW500. I bought it the year Sinn switched from ETA to Sellita I believe! Which at the time I thought was unfortunate but I’ve had zero issues and i haven’t serviced it yet!

The Sinn 356 comes up second only to the Omega Speedmaster in my book. Love the case size, dial layout, and day/datewheel. I picked up a 356 a while back out of Germany with the German day/datewheel- met or exceeded all expectations.

Thanks friend! Ironically I got it at the time because I wanted a speedy but couldn’t make the leap. it’s kept me from getting a speedy ever since, for better or worse lol
