I went to the boutique (glorified hot dog stand) in Harrods last year. I waited around 15 minutes and there was no one there to serve me. I went to Tudor bought a watch came back and still no one there.

I’m aware of this. I only bought the bracelet a few months ago. I think I’ll just remove the link or use the nylon OEM Omega strap.
